The Boiler Control 260 is designed to operate a single boiler using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard or fancoils, to combination space heating and domestic hot water heating installations. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or Domestic Hot Water control. It is capable of controlling a single on/off boiler and can receive both space heating and/or DHW heat demands.

The Steam Control 279 is designed to operate a single steam boiler using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in single pipe steam applications as well as applications using a tankless DHW coil. This control regulates the on time of a steam boiler through Outdoor Temperature Reset control. It is capable of controlling a single on/off steam boiler.

The Boiler Control 261 is designed to stage two on/off boilers using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard, multiple baseboard and fan coil zones, to dedicated setpoint heating in commercial buildings. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or setpoint target control. It is capable of controlling (stage and rotate) up to 2 on/off boilers, or a single 2 stage boiler, as well as the system pump.

The Boiler Reset Module 420 is designed to operate all of the mechanical equipment in a hydronic heating system, except for zones, coordinating their operation through network communication. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard with an on/off boiler, to multiple radiant floor zones with a modulating/condensing boiler. This control regulates one space heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and Indoor Temperature Feedback. It is capable of controlling a single on/off or modulating boiler, Domestic Hot Water, setpoint loads, and can expand up to 24 zones in total.

The Power Manager 346 is designed to allow non-tekmar products to interface with a tekmarNet® 4 communicating heating system. It can be used in applications that use 3rd party thermostats, zoning devices, or mechanical equipment that requires a hot water demand from the boiler system. This product provides demand inputs for up to 4 different reset water temperatures (high temp, low temp 1, low temp 2, low temp 3). It has the capability of switching 3 pump outputs and provides wiring for up to 3 tekmarNet® 4 devices, as well as the 4 separate demand inputs to create a heat call on one of up to 4 possible reset water temperatures.

The Mixing Control 356 is designed to operate a mixing pump to control the temperature in a hot water heating system using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from in-floor radiant to commercial baseboard systems for boiler protection with full reset. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset. It provides mixing by speeding up or slowing down a single permanent capacitor (standard wet rotor) circulator.

The Mixing Control 360 is designed to operate a mixing valve using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from in-floor radiant to commercial baseboard systems for Boiler Return Protection with full reset. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Mixing Outdoor Reset. It controls the mixing by opening or closing a floating action type mixing valve actuator (3 or 4 way valves), and also provides control of the mix system pump.

The Universal Reset Control 374 is designed to operate all of the mechanical equipment in a residential hydronic heating system. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard with an on/off boiler to multiple fan coils, low temperature staple up zones, low temperature in-slab radiant zones, domestic hot water, and 2 on/off boilers. It regulates up to three space heating water temperatures through Outdoor Temperature Reset. It is capable of controlling up to 2 on/off boilers, up to 2 mixing devices (either variable speed pumps or floating action mixing valves), and Domestic Hot Water or setpoint loads.
