Placing and Order

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM EST Will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:30 PM EST will be processed the next working day. Order placement is based upon availability of stock at the time of order placement and processing.

Non-Stock items

Items listed on that are listed as call for availability are non-stock items and will be ordered from our supplier if they are still available. Shipping times and availability on said items will be at the discretion of the supplier. Item stock counts can change at any notice contrary to what is listed on

Shipping an Order

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM EST will be shipped out same day, if the item is an in-stock item and is an item that is fully at one location and not mixed between out other locations. Items that are not in stock will be shipped out via discretion based upon availability of the item ordered. Your selected shipping preference VIA UPS will begin at the time when the item is shipped out to you.

Shipping Pricing

The price given on is only a quoted price. Actual shipping pricing will not take place until the size and weight of the package is entered into the UPS system. Also, whether your address is a Residential address or a Commercial address will also impact what the total pricing will be. Your final shipping cost will show on your invoice. We will do our best to email you if there is a significant pricing change versus what was quote on on shipping VIA email before we process your order.

Item Pricing Discrepancy

If a price discrepancy is found on from the time of order placement to the time the order is processed, due to an error in pricing received from our suppliers, Winstel Controls reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order for the incorrect price that was listed on If an order has been processed your amount will be returned to you immediately if your order is cancelled due to a pricing discrepancy.

Orders placed through will be preauthorized during order processing. Your card will not be fully charged until the order is ready to be shipped and has been invoiced. At that time, your credit card will be charged the amount for the item plus total shipping charges and applicable taxes based on where you live. If your Credit Card has been declined when the order is being processed, you will be notified VIA email or telephone based on the information provided. In some instances, we will also accept Wire Transfer, but there will be a fee charged for Wire Transfers to cover the fees from the banks.


Items that need to be returned to must email us or call us at 513-251-4343 to process the return. Some items may require a stocking fee based on the length of time since the item was ordered. Some items are non-returnable. will try to let you know when the item is ordered if it cannot be returned. With all returns unless the incorrect item was sent out, the shipping fees will not be credited back. Only the item amount less any restocking fees. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fees back unless the incorrect item was sent out instead of the item ordered. Once the item is received, will inspect the item to make sure it is in new and unused condition. If the item is not new and unused, then a credit will NOT be issued back.
