Tekmar Controls

The Boiler Control 274 is designed to stage multiple boilers using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard, multiple baseboard and fan coil zones, to dedicated domestic hot water heating in commercial buildings. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or setpoint/DHW target control. It is capable of controlling (stage and rotate) up to 4 on/off boilers as well as the system pump.

The tekmarNet® 4 Wiring Center 315 is designed to provide a zoning solution for heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to remote manifolds for radiant heating. This product provides power for up to six tekmarNet® 4 thermostats, and up to six 24 V (ac) zones valve outputs, as well as providing an end switch closure to enable an external device such as a boiler. A zone group pump relay is also available to switch a pump.

This control energizes up to 4 zone pumps. It is capable of providing power for up to 4 tekmarNet® 4 or stand alone thermostats and energizing their respective 115 V (ac) zones, as well as providing an end switch closure to enable an external device such as a boiler.

The tekmarNet® 2 Zone Expansion Module 324 is designed to provide expansion for a zoning solution used in heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to remote manifolds for radiant heating. This product expands the number of zones in a heating system by up to 4 zone valves or zone pumps. It is capable of providing power for up to 4 tekmarNet® 2 thermostats and energizing their respective 24 V (ac) or 115 V (ac) zones, as well as providing a powered Zone Group Pump (powered end switch) contact to enable an external device such as a manifold pump.

The tekmarNet® 4 Zone Manager 335 is designed to provide a zoning solution for heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to radiant heating manifolds. This product can operate up to 6 zone valves. The Mixing Control 356 is designed to operate a mixing pump to control the temperature in a hot water heating system using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from in-floor radiant to commercial baseboard systems for boiler protection with full reset. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset. It provides mixing by speeding up or slowing down a single permanent capacitor (standard wet rotor) circulator.

The Mixing Control 360 is designed to operate a mixing valve using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from in-floor radiant to commercial baseboard systems for Boiler Return Protection with full reset. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Mixing Outdoor Reset. It controls the mixing by opening or closing a floating action type mixing valve actuator (3 or 4 way valves), and also provides control of the mix system pump.

The tekmarNet® 2 House Control 402 is designed to operate all the mechanical equipment in a residential hydronic heating system, coordinating their operation through network communication. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard with an on/off boiler to multiple fan coils, mixed radiant floor heating zones, and a modulating/condensing boiler. This control regulates up to two heating water temperatures through Outdoor Temperature Reset and Indoor Temperature Feedback. It is capable of controlling a single on/off, two stage, or modulating boiler, a mixing device, Domestic Hot Water, setpoint loads, 4 on-board zone valves, and can expand up to 24 zones in total for each space heating water temperature.
