Tekmar Controls

The tekmarNet® 4 Zone Expansion Module 325 is designed to provide expansion to a zoning solution for heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to radiant heating manifolds. This control expands the number of zones provided with a Zone Manager by up to 6 more zone valves. It is capable of providing power for up to 6 tekmarNet® 4 or stand alone thermostats, and energizing their respective 24 V (ac) zones, as well as providing a powered Zone Group Pump (powered end switch) contact to enable an external device such as a manifold pump.

The tekmarNet® 2 Zone Manager 334 is designed to provide a zoning solution for 2-wire tekmarNet® 2 thermostats used in heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to remote manifolds for radiant heating. This control energizes up to 4 zone valves or zone pumps. It is capable of providing power for up to 4 tekmarNet® 2 thermostats and energizing their respective 24 V (ac) or 115 V (ac) zones, as well as providing a powered Zone Group Pump (powered end switch) contact to enable an external device such as a manifold pump.

This product energizes up to 4 zone pumps. The Power Manager 346 is designed to allow non-tekmar products to interface with a tekmarNet® 4 communicating heating system. It can be used in applications that use 3rd party thermostats, zoning devices, or mechanical equipment that requires a hot water demand from the boiler system. This product provides demand inputs for up to 4 different reset water temperatures (high temp, low temp 1, low temp 2, low temp 3). It has the capability of switching 3 pump outputs and provides wiring for up to 3 tekmarNet® 4 devices, as well as the 4 separate demand inputs to create a heat call on one of up to 4 possible reset water temperatures.

The Mixing Control 356 is designed to operate a mixing pump to control the temperature in a hot water heating system using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from in-floor radiant to commercial baseboard systems for boiler protection with full reset. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset. It provides mixing by speeding up or slowing down a single permanent capacitor (standard wet rotor) circulator.

The Mixing Control 360 is designed to operate a mixing valve using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from in-floor radiant to commercial baseboard systems for Boiler Return Protection with full reset. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Mixing Outdoor Reset. It controls the mixing by opening or closing a floating action type mixing valve actuator (3 or 4 way valves), and also provides control of the mix system pump.

The Universal Reset Control 374 is designed to operate all of the mechanical equipment in a residential hydronic heating system. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard with an on/off boiler to multiple fan coils, low temperature staple up zones, low temperature in-slab radiant zones, domestic hot water, and 2 on/off boilers. It regulates up to three space heating water temperatures through Outdoor Temperature Reset. It is capable of controlling up to 2 on/off boilers, up to 2 mixing devices (either variable speed pumps or floating action mixing valves), and Domestic Hot Water or setpoint loads.
